May Bumps 2010 was a great success for Robinson college.
The Men's first boat rowed over 8 times at the top of division 2. Very unfortunate not to break into the first division, better luck next year! A full report of the week can be found on the 'crews' section of this webpage.
The big success story of Mays 2010 is W2. W2 managed to bump on all 4 days to secure blades! A fantastic achievement for all the girls in the boat and Tom Grimble.
W1 went up 3 to further promote the boat club's success. Really well done to them. Steadily moving up the women's second division.
M2 moved up 2 managing to overcome Trinity Hall II on the second time of asking. Really well done to them and thoroughly deserved for a committed term in the boat amidst several drop-outs from the crew.
Well done 'Binson!

| Champ's Eights Head 2010
|
| Robinson's First Men's VIII raced this weekend in the beautiful sunshine and posted a very encouraging time. Looking forward to an exciting bumps period now. See the crews section for a brief race report and photos.

| Poplar Regatta
|
| The Men's First VIII went down to Poplar regatta at the Royal Docks in London for a taste of multi-lane racing. There was a huge headwind blowing down the course causing the crew problems and they finished 5th. A great experience for all the members of the eight and good preparation for bumps only 3 and a half weeks away.

| Robinson M1, M2 and W1 turned out in force in wet and windy conditions to kick off racing for the Easter term. WIth M1 topping their division and both M2 and W1 performing well. Check the crews section of this webpage to see details of crews and race reports.

| Robinson College Boat Club First Men's VIII entered last minute to place 12th. They posted a time of 9:35 after a long technical outing over the lock and Boat naming with Tim Steele. Thanks to Tim for spending the weekend with the both the Men's and Women's crews, passing on his wealth of experience and valuable feedback.
